Then you are just right with us in the "Online-to-Offline Processes, Infrastructure and Data Management" team.

Because the increasing use of digital technologies changes the purchasing behavior of our customers, and thus also our organization and dealers sustainably. To advance this digital transformation on all channels, we have set ourselves the task of meeting the expectations of our customers online as well as offline (O2O).

Support our international project team and shape the future of Mercedes-Benz sales in Europe together with us.

You will master these tasks:

  • Support in creating the Digital Extras (Mercedes me) Toolbox (based on Market research, Performance analysis, Best practices exchange among Markets and Regions) to push the Sales of Digital Services (such as Navigation package, Remote package, etc.) via Mercedes me Store
  • Close cooperation and daily exchange with our internal departments and stakeholders, such as sales, digital units and European market organizations
  • Support with monthly Sales performance steering e.g. market call preparations and minutes, reporting tasks, market performance overviews etc. and follow up with various stakeholders for open tasks and actions
  • Support to obtain regular data and conduct regular check of data quality and analysis of market performance with regard to activated vehicle
  • Support to visualize new process creation and implementation via process charts
  • Support to prepare presentation materials for training, sales, management updates, etc.
  • Support of the team in day-to-day business

  • (International) student in the field of Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering or a comparable course of study
  • Initial experiences in e-commerce and/or in the automotive industry are desirable
  • Experience in collaborating with teams across multifaceted functions, divisions and regions
  • High level of commitment, strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking as well as a structured approach to work a complex and fast-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great team player
  • An open-minded and proactive person who is able to work (almost) independently in a multi-cultural environment
  • Self-responsibility with positive attitude and flexible to adaptation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, preferably with Macros programming knowledge
  • Fan of digital topics
  • Proficient in English and German
  • Further languages are an advantage
