As a Manager Make or Buy & dynBER, you will be specifically responsible for the following tasks:

  • You will design processes, methods and roles to improve the production decision within our aircraft component repair division and act as process architect.
  • You will specify the IT system/tool for the Make or Buy and dynBER process complex from a technical and design perspective.
  • You will develop measures to optimize the systematic provision and use of USM (used serviceable material) in our repair facilities.
  • You will develop analytical, stochastic and empirical methods and algorithms to compare different production sites economically.
  • You will support the management to evaluate and decide on strategic production decisions and restrictions.
  • You will develop training concepts for processes and carry out instructions.

We would be delighted if you meet the following requirements:

  • Completed university/university of applied sciences degree in the field of industrial engineering, engineering or economics
  • Very good knowledge of business fundamentals and interrelationships
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of German
