GLOBAL SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN (M/F/D)

to join our team in Frankfurt am Main.
  • Ensuring continuous compliance of the company with the applicable professional standards (e.g. ISO, PCI, SOC, ITIL)
  • Planning, and organizing the IT audits / compliance assessments to be conducted by the auditors and external assessors
  • Conducting pre-audit preparation and necessary prior checks to ensure compliance with the applicable standards/requirements
  • Organizing and monitoring the remediation of the findings resulting from the audits/compliance assessments conducted by the auditors or external assessors
  • Conducting compliance assessments of the internal processes and normative frameworks against applicable ISO, PCI, and SOC standards and requirements
  • Supporting Quipu's customers in the provision of the IT-related information requested by the customers' supervisory authorities
  • Ensuring and monitoring compliance with the internal service management framework
  • Creation and maintenance of the internal IT governance normative framework
  • Delivering training to company staff on IT governance topics

  • University degree in Computer Science, Law, Business Management or a related field
  • Experience in working with geographically distributed and remote team members
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with the implementation or assessing of compliance with ISO, PCI, and SOC requirements
  • Experience in auditing or compliance risk management
  • Understanding current trends in Enterprise IT
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
