Lean Manager Operational Excellence (m/f/d)
Operations & Engineering, Kalefeld, DE
- Facilitating the introduction of workshop management (RKW standard, basic training, 5S, visual management, daily routines, communication and escalation procedures, PDCA, problem solving)
- Promotion of continuous improvement at all locations
- Coordinating the exchange of SFM best practice examples within the global OU community
- Compliance with the RKW Code of Conduct and professional representation of RKW
- Bachelor\'s degree (business or engineering)
- Proven ability and demonstrated results in implementing SFM in the process industry
- Experience in lean, operational excellence or quality management or problem solving techniques (e.g. Ishikawa / 6W2H / FMEA etc.)
- Work experience in an intercultural environment
- Business fluent in English and German
- Moderation and analytical skills
- Problem-solving oriented thinking
- Perseverance and resilience
- Ability to communicate and manage tasks in a matrix organization
