We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Mining Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process mining techniques and tools, with a proven track record of analyzing and improving business processes. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Drive end-to-end the implementation of the Process Mining technology across various Allianz Partners (AP) Business Units (BU)
  • Help AP BUs drive significant business value and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process Mining
  • Collaborate with cross-functional proces owners and technical teams within each BU to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into Process Mining technical requirements
  • Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training to ensure each project is delivered on time and meets BU requirements
  • Provide training and continuous support to the BUs beyond initial implementation to achieve sustainable impact
  • Faciliate the connection of IT systems with the Process Mining platform
  • Design and develop process and customer-specific process maps and visualisations in dashboards, analyses and reports
  • Present implementation results and insights to (senior-level) executives and stakeholders
  • Organize and lead process workshops


  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other related field
  • 2+ years in management / process improvement / technology consulting, professinal services, or software services/implementation
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
  • SQL and data visualisation experience mandatory
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex problems and solutions in person and in writing
  • Experience in Process Mining tools (e.g. Celonis), and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) or Insurance industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with business process management (BPM) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel occassionally (3-5 days per quarter)
  • Excellent language skills: Business professional English speaking and writing, any other foreign language is a plus
