HRIS Specialist (m/f/d)

- You will actively support the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting and Variable Pay for the sonnen group in close collaboration with our external service provider
- You will be evaluating, implementing and ensuring a stable data integration and replication between SAP SuccessFactors and the different sonnen systems (SAP HCM, Concur, AD, etc.)
- In a co-responsibility role you will be a part of the different projects implementing and supporting HR projects around SAP SuccessFactors
- You will advise HR as module owner for SuccessFactors EC
- You will analyze HR processes and implement the respective requirements into SuccessFactors
- You will assist in all project phases – from the first workshops through implementation to support after go-live
- You will help in setting up and improving trainings to introduce a new configuration as well as creating the process documentation
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, economics, or a comparable education with SAP qualification
- Practical experience in the application and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting and / or other SF modules)
- Project experience and process knowledge in Human Resources is an advantage
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a team, service mentality, motivation to find creative and pragmatic solutions for complex issues
