As a Service Sales Coordinator you will be part of a team which ensure customer experience from A-Z with TOMRA Service stay's highest industrial standard. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient coordination with internal functions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone and email.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Assists Service Sales Advisors in creating customer service contracts
  • Follow up of service visits and invoicing
  • Monitor and expedite spare parts orders to guarantee on-time delivery

Requirements:

  • certified commercial training (abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung)
  • At least two years of previous customer service experience prefferred,
  • Good working knowledge of ERP / CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers in German and English language are necessary.


Other skills/abilities

  • IFS knowledge is a plus
