You will provide our customers with telephone assistance for everyday payment challenges, and support them in exceptional situations, such as during repatriation efforts in crisis situations or in medical emergencies.
- Processing of credit lines following the appropriate credit assessment and considering process guidelines
- Making ad hoc credit decisions within the scope of predefined competencies
- Authorization of credit card transactions requiring approval
- Handling reports of loss and theft followed by card blocking and reissue
- Processing telephone customer inquiries and various technical requirements in day-to-day operations
- Various administrative tasks
- You are currently a student at a University
- Outgoing personality and good rhetorical skills
- Enjoy flexible working hours in a 24/7 shift system
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- High social competence and strong teamwork abilities
- Very good verbal and written skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
