The Global Talent Acquisition department of METRO AG forms the Recruiting, Employer Branding & Digital Solutions divisions. As a Center of Excellence, we advise our 22 METRO & MAKRO countries and other METRO companies on their recruiting and employer branding activities and, as an operational unit at the METRO Campus in Düsseldorf, we are responsible for local recruiting for METRO AG and Campus entities.


This is what you can expect:

  • You drive the digitalization of the recruiting processes of METRO & MAKRO countries, in particular using the newly introduced applicant tracking system or rollout of the applicant tracking system in other country entities
  • As a central interface between operational recruiting and digital solutions, you look for improvement potentials to optimize internal processes
  • You develop KPIs with the local entities to derive recommendations for action for their local recruiting activities and develop digital stakeholder surveys
  • By creating presentations and training materials for key users, you enable targeted use of the systems

  • You have completed your bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, human resources management or similar
  • You have gained initial experience in the areas of human resources and/or recruiting
  • Digitalization and the optimization of processes are topics that inspire you
  • You enjoy meeting new people from different countries and cultures
  • Very good German and English skills round off your profile
