Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen SAP-Lizenzmanager als Single Point of Contact als SAP-Lizenzexpert:in für die Unternehmensgruppe ALDI SÜD Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei allen SAP-Lizenzfragen, insbesondere hinsichtlich möglicher Optimierungsansätze Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der SAP-Produktstrategie und Bewertung der Auswirkungen auf das Produktportfolio sowie Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen Maßnahmen, die sicherstellen, dass der Lizenzverbrauch jederzeit den Nutzungsbestimmungen entspricht, sowie Entwicklung eigener Konzepte und Vorantreiben von Innovationen Nutzung des vorhandenen Lizenzmanagementtools und Identifizierung von Potenzial für dessen Weiterentwicklung Koordination und Konsolidierung der SAP-Kostenplanung mit den betroffenen Fachbereichen Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Prozessen, Richtlinien, Schulungen und interner Kommunikation sowie der Definition von Schnittstellen Dein Profil Was du mitbringen solltest. Studium oder Ausbildung mit informationstechnischem oder kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP-Lizenzmanagement Erfahrungen mit einem auf SAP-Lösungen spezialisierten SAM-Tool Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Engagement, Teamgeist sowie Kontaktfreude und Kommunikationstalent Was wünschenswert ist. Cooperating with the strategic SAP licence manager and acting as a single point of contact as an SAP licence expert for the ALDI SOUTH Group Supporting the technical departments with all SAP licence issues, in particular with regard to possible optimisation approaches Demonstrating expertise in the area of SAP product strategy and evaluating the impact on the product portfolio as well as developing recommendations for action Implementing measures to ensure that licence consumption complies with the terms of use at all times, as well as developing own concepts and driving innovation Using the existing licence management tool and identifying potential for its further development Coordinating and consolidating SAP cost planning with the relevant technical departments Assisting with the creation of processes, guidelines, training and internal communication as well as the definition of interfaces Your Profile What you bring with you.
