Director Supply Chain Management EMEA (m/w/d)
The “Director Supply Chain Management EMEA” is a reporting in a matrix to the COO.
- You achieve efficiency in the European supply chain with your SCM team through functional structures and processes as part of the global company system
- As a process owner with budget and project responsibility, you pay attention to effectiveness, good cooperation in your work area as well as collaboration internally (e.g. production, logistics, purchasing) and externally
- You look for, find and leverage optimization potential by actively supporting inventory management (e.g. availability vs. free cash flow) and service-oriented further development of your supply chain experts (6 direct reports, 25 in total in the SCM team)
- Your Europe-wide responsibility for profitability and delivery reliability (matrix organization with a line of sight to the President for Global SCM, Asia) extends to numerous continental entities with an end-to-end approach
- University degree
- You are a passionate supply chain professional with management experience (projects or line) and a degree (e.g. in business administration or similar)
- It is less important whether you come from the electrical engineering industry than that as an SCM evangelist you have a clear idea for our KPI set, the right action plan and a passion for people management
- Others describe you as analytical, independent and action-oriented – and you add ambitious and structured
- English (fluent) is no longer an obstacle for you thanks to your relevant professional experience in an international environment and your good communication skills (business fluent in German) at various levels
