Deliver continuous improvement (CI) activities leading to lean processes, enabling increased customer

dedication, strive and support for optimized systems usage and processes harmonization adherence

in the cluster in end-to-end Business Operations. Ensure sustainable implementation of new processes

and tools over time.


  • Analyze, optimize, and enhance operational processes in consultation with the Cluster leadership/management team
  • Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot gaps, identify root cause using processes defined by regional key users as a baseline
  • Responsible to create action plans and involve stakeholders in order to meet the targets defined in the scorecard of the Business Operations KPIs
  • Regularly analyze the effectiveness of the running processes
  • Promote changes internally and overall process efficiencies to grow the CI culture in the company
  • Ensure and monitor compliance to service levels agreements according to the customer segmentation and Operational Service Packages (OSPs)
  • Represent the Cluster in the project roadmap definition
  • Support and coordinate the implementation of strategic projects and process harmonization initiatives in the Cluster, in close collaboration with the Bus Ops regional key users
  • Ensure that local requirements are met, in line with harmonized processes defined by the Region
  • Drive implementation of new customer requests, such as EDI or crossdocking, and internal process harmonization such as Sales promotions
  • Support data cleansing initiatives in coordination with the regional Masterdata team

  • Successfully completed university degree in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
  • Good written and spoken English skills (C1 level or higher)
  • Good written and spoken German skills (C1 level or higher)
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in an international, matrix-organized company
  • Trained in lean manufacturing concepts and/or with knowledge in continuous improvement methods and projects management
  • Good understanding of end-to-end Business Operations processes, from forecast to fulfillment and after sales
  • Confident handling MS Office standard tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good understanding and handling of the SAP system landscape, in Customer Service and in logistics distribution
  • Exposure to digital order to fulfillment tools (e.g., EDI), CRM knowledge (MS Dynamics or equivalent) is a plus
  • Experienced in handling system launch-related change processes and training, developing training materials
  • Skilled communicator with a focus on stakeholders' involvement and change management
  • Passionate about sharing system and tool knowledge with colleagues in and off trainings
  • Easily adapting to new digital solutions
  • Strong in analytical and logical thinking
  • Team player with a reliable, and structured and self-guided working style
  • Motivated to collaborate in an international environment, with the willingness to occasionally travel
