Accountant / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d)
- Independently managing financial accounting, including classification and booking of all business transactions
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and acting as the contact person for the tax advisor / auditor
- Preparing and submitting VAT pre-returns to the tax authorities, if necessary
- Supporting the further development of the ERP system from a financial perspective
- Monitoring subsidiaries in the UK and France
- Cost calculation
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Ideally, you have completed a vocational training as an accountant, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in financial administration (at least 5 years)
- Good knowledge of national and international tax law as well as sound knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS
- Proficient knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, and ideally experience with ERP systems
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Independent, structured, and analytical working style
