We are looking for a General Administration Assistant (m/f/d) who will work and grow within the Swiss team and will report to the CFO of the Central Europe Cluster.

You will support the Swiss field staff and the finance team.

This position is part time with 75% and will be based in Genève.

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

  • Facility management / Coordination of on-site infrastructure related activities (all non bioMerieux supplies)
  • Reception desk and shipping activities
  • Management of indirect purchasing (from ordering to invoice confirmation including claim management)
  • Management of vendors and contracts (via dedicated tool)
  • Car fleet management
  • Coordination of telephony and IS Equipment activities
  • Organization of internal events (i.e Teambuilding, Christmas dinner and any other occasional event)
  • Point of contact for travel booking and travel expense tools
  • Coordination of information requests from customers with all concerned bioMérieux company departments and management of specific legal documents in collaboration with local authorities
  • Coordination of insurance activities
  • Key user for the intranet web page


Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven experience in administrative support function
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under time constraints
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Team player
  • Fluent in English, French and German
