- You are responsible for the UX Maturity Level 4 content and details as well as UX related consulting, planning, conception and the introduction of new services and tools.
- Identifying opportunities and needs within the organization to create great end-to-end solutions and services for a better customer experience will also be part of your responsibilities.
- On top of that you manage the implementation of dashboards and reporting tools across the organization.
- In addition, you support the implementation of the digital framework and identify and engage change champions. You build an open community of distributed change agents and redefine talent management for the digital age.
- Last but not least, you support the business in analyzing and interpreting data for key messages to support decision making, including the results of analytical tools, methodologies, and models.
- Education: completed university studies in psychology, interaction design, information design or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in the field of UX project; basic experience with coding and programming in direction of HTML; strong skills in prototyping and testing area
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a team player, interested in new technologies and you convince with your flexible and hands-on mentality; you have excellent communication skills; you are characterized as a visionary and open-minded person; you think analytically and work strategically and conceptually
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English
*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 84.000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance-related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
