- You will be part of a dynamic team which is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit
- You will be the technical project manager to drive the automation of tape application at our customers and partners together with tesa internal departments, automotive customers and mechanical engineering partners
- You support our product management and sales team with technical expertise, concept and prototype development as well as respective solutions for application devices (manual/fully automated) to meet customer demands
- With your hands-on mentality, you will create technical concepts from a first draft to prototype application devices
- You are responsible for benchmarking technologies and competition in the defined focus field and provide input to Product Management, Product & Technology Development, and the Sales team
- Part of your job will be creating and implementing internal and external training courses on adhesive tape application systems as well as in-depth technical training.
- Technical engineering background with a master's or bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years of professional experience in product development and prototyping
- You have a high interest in technical applications
- You are familiar with CAD software; experience in 3D design is a plus
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- You are a talented networker with a strong customer focus
- Fluent in English, additional German proficiency level is required
- Up to 50% of travel activities are within your comfort zone
