Tech Lead NLP (m/f/d).
Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art AI/NLP AI solutions for our pre-sales journey.
Bring high-performance multi-agent systems to production that deliver advanced consultation and processing capabilities to our pre-sales users through Conversational AI.
Engange in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and maintain high development standards.
Ensure that our solutions stay up-to-date with the state-of-the-art.
At least 5 years of proven experience as a NLP Engineer with a track record of deploying AI solutions into production environments.
Deep understanding of the state-of-the-art in NLP.
Proficiency in Python and the NLP ecosystem required.
Advanced understanding of software and service architecture best practices and experience in building event-driven, asynchronous applications.
Hands on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Good knowledge of database technologies, including relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), with the ability to design and interact with complex data models.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and with an eye on the fast path to impact.
Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus.
