Digital Operations Manager (m/f/d)


  • You support and advise our regional Sales and Service Units in the development of support and operational capacities for our Digital Products portfolio
  • You manage, maintain and support the Digital Products during commissioning and operation
  • You design and implement a digital operations concept, supporting the decision on what kind of capabilities should be deployed in the region/hub, and what should be centralized in the headquarter
  • You develop new digital service solutions and coordinate the requirements with the relevant interfaces
  • You ensure the operability of system-relevant infrastructure (on-premise servers, Cloud environment, authentication concepts, …) in the area of digital operations and actively shape process improvements
  • You implement and manage common service level quality standards among different regions
  • You create and prepare data, reports, overviews and diagrams for Digital Products
  • You support the transfer of knowledge (know-how, best practices, recurring issues, ...) between regions with different level of organizational maturity related to the Digital Products' business

  • You have a degree university in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • You have extensive experience in the planning, management and implementation of IT projects, ideally in the field of digital products in a medical technology company
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of CRM, PLM and ERP systems and their structures
  • You are distinguished by a systematic and analytical mindset, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high level of service orientation complete your profile
  • You are willing to travel internationally (especially Europe, NAM, APAC), and have experience in an international environment
  • You are fluent in English and ideally in German
