In this role, you will support our Senior Account Managers and directors in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. The current vacant markets among others include Latin / South America, Africa and the Far East.


  • Analyse new potentials, win new accounts and support the development and implementation of account strategies in highly competitive markets.
  • Managing and expanding the relationship with key accounts including on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful completion of delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participation in conferences and conventions.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance.
  • Set and achieve own high-performance goals and taking responsibility for their quality and results.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or a related field.
  • First experience in sales, account management or customer service (internships or part-time work is considered).
  • Fluent in English; German and additional language skills are very beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Natural affinity and skill set for numbers and details.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently on self-set goals as well as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Determination to succeed in competitive situations and resilience in the face of setbacks.
  • Willingness to travel for approx. 30-40% of working hours.
