Our Performance Management & Business Support team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Develop and enhance project management and performance culture by focus on people, process and system within New Green Power and Gas (NGPG) and across all Uniper functions
- Support the alignment of Performance Management Systems across different NGPG functions, ensuring coherence from team level to senior management
- Monitor and implement KPIs at both project and portfolio levels
- Coordinate and deliver reporting activities within the NGPG and support relevant functional interfaces regarding overarching reporting obligations such financial or sustainability
- Drive the digitalization of the performance management system and enhance data quality
- Contribute to the successful implementation of key strategic initiatives with high strategic relevance to Uniper
- University degree with excellent grading
- Professional experience of minimum 3-5 years, ideally within project or performance management
- Strong in stakeholder and change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally Lean Six Sigma certified or equivalent
- Excellent skills in MS Office 365 applications, PowerBI and strong drive for digitalisation
- Understanding of energy markets, together with a sound commercial understanding is preferential
- Appreciation for working in an international environment
- High level of commitment and team spirit with ‘can do' mentality
- Willingness to have lots of fun
- Professional command of English and German
