We are looking for a passionate and visionary Sr Offering Management Specialist to take on end to end ownership of our Industrial Burner portfolio, drive innovation and growth, and ensure that our customer needs are met day in and day out.

Honeywell Thermal Solutions serves the global combustion industry and very diverse vertical markets; commercial heating, metals, food, oil, automotive, glass, textiles, and construction. The business has the largest installed base of burners, valves, sensors and controls globally and is serving the industry through distributors, system integrators, OEM's, and directly to end users. In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately ~$40M of industrial burners and own nearly every aspect of portfolio management: Product, Pricing, Placement, Promotion. You will work cross functionally across the globe and the business to meet product and business profitability goals.

You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio. You will integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes.

Your Mission:
Transform your Thermal Transfer Portfolio with a smart entrepreneurial spirit towards a high efficiency, sustainable, and low emissions offering. Pioneer the possibilities of digitization within combustion systems and be a part of the journey towards sustainable Thermal Solutions.
  • Set portfolio strategy based on customer insights, competitive intelligence and market opportunities. Own the product roadmap for the portfolio, utilize Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Observational VOC (OVOC) to gain unique insights
  • Manage customer and sales force relationships as well as full product lifecycle management including product phase in and phase out
  • Accountable for orders and gross profit, support sales processes and help provide training/content
  • Network within industry. International Travel up to 20%

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Technical Degree, 3+ years of experience in product marketing in the industrial market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative teaming capability and an ability to interact successfully with diverse work force
  • Some product marketing experience including commercialization, strategy and planning, value management, pricing, program management, research and analysis, and product life cycle management
  • German Language Skills
  • Following knowledge will be beneficial: Thermal knowledge is ideal including industrial and commercial combustion, boilers, control igniters, main burners, flame scanners, safety shut-off valves, pressure, temperature, flow, valves, blowers, and/or burner management systems for the power generation industry. Safety Systems knowledge SIL 3 TÜV, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 85 & 86 standards
