Within our People Engagement Services Team we are looking for a passionate new colleague.

  • As an Executive Specialist for Talent Management you provide the strategical development of demand-driven design and roll out new Talent Management Services on behalf of BASF's HR community.
  • You implement Talent Management measures in the areas of Leadership Excellence, Talent and Career Development.
  • In addition, you gather, organize and analyze data to further develop Talent Management at BASF.
  • You contribute and support global projects in the area of Talent Management in collaboration with the Talent Management community from different parts of the company.
  • Further, you share knowledge on trends in Leadership Development, Employee Development and Talent Management.

  • Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar relevant fields
  • several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in Talent Management or Learning and Development
  • specialist knowledge of Talent Management and Learning & Development as well as experience in running global projects
  • excellent presentation and communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • entrepreneurial behavior with a high degree of ownership, service mindset as well as high customer orientation
  • knowledge of the HR IT landscape, ideally SAP knowledge

  • Gross annual salary: € 55.000 - € 59.000, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
