At KWS Berlin GmbH we are seeking for our Berlin Shared Service Center for the next possible date a Key User Tax (m/f/d) to drive tax efficiency, adheres to international guidelines and ensure compliance with expertise and precision. This position is unlimited and full-time.
Your tasks:
- Drives standardization, automation and digitalization initiatives, while maintaining proper reporting tools
- Provides technical feasibility, implementation and testing support for the continuous improvement potential identified by operational teams, translating the functional requirements into technical system change requests
- Manages projects and deliver the tasks for tax timely
- Manages new process implementation that require significant technical and process knowledge, enabling cross-functional alignment and collaboration on IT solutions and processes
- Proactively address improvements of tax processes
- Works with external providers in order to ensure quality and efficiency of the services provided
- Support any tax related reporting project
Your profile:
- Degree in tax, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- Understanding of tax laws, regulations, mechanisms and accounting principles
- Proven previous experience in a similar role as well as project management
- Analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement
- Process and IT oriented with proficiency in SAP
- Solution - and service-oriented mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions
- Fluency in English, other language skills are considered an advantage
