- As the Head of the Export Control Compliance Organization in EMEA, you are responsible for the implementation and supervision of a strong network of regional and national export control officers.
- You deploy global Bosch policies and rules in the area of export controls and sanctions law on regional level.
- You provide strategic export control input to future business opportunities by anticipating potential risks and implementation of adequate mitigation measures.
- In addition, in line with global standards and guidelines, you will be responsible for issuing additional national and regional policies.
- Last but not least, you oversee the implementation of regional and local processes, conduct effective risk management for the region, and establish mandatory controls and audits.
- Education: completed university studies in business administration, business law or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of relevant working experience; proven knowledge of export controls and sanctions compliance; willingness to stay abreast of current legislation and its changes; in-depth and longstanding knowledge of sanctions and export control law (e.g. EU, UN, OFAC) and best practices; experience in foreign trade; professional experience in the field of foreign trade; attention to detail and experienced leadership and management skills characterize you
- Personality and Working Practice: ability to handle stress and perform under pressure in meeting deadlines; effectively coordinate activities and collaborate with groups (e.g. with Export Control Coordinators); proven leadership and team spirit; a convincing and communicative personality and way of working round off your profile
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English
