Our International Business Development Team (IBD) makes our strong brands available to consumer where we do not have own subsidiaries e.g. Italy, Croatia, UK, French Overseas, Africa. To succeed, IBD develops and manages strong strategic partnerships in different countries and a network of strong distributors. Goal is to expand our company´s geographical scope outside of Europe, based on a clear value generation strategy.

We are therefore looking for a highly motivated, open-minded, and versatile International Brand Manager to define and implement the growth marketing strategy of our global brands Pago, Réa and Joker.

Your responsibilities as International Brand Manager:

  • Drives translation of international brand strategies Pago and Joker into local / regional strategies for the key IBD countries
  • Defines Réa brand strategy and plans as international brand lead
  • Develop activation and communication plan for new and existing IBD countries in close cooperation with IBD Commercial Managers
  • Responsible for efficient information flow between international brand leaders and IBD team for above listed brands
  • Represents IBD business needs in international innovation and communication plans
  • Collaboration with agencies all over the word

This position can be based in one of the following locations: St. Florian (Austria) Nieder-Olm close to Frankfurt / Mainz (Germany) or Paris (France). Working in a balanced hybrid model (Office and remote) is possible.

  • Master's degree or bachelor plus equivalent of practical experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing incl. brand management and communication preferably in international context
  • Languages: Very good written and spoken level (C1) of French and English needed - any other European language as a plus e.g. german, italian, croatian
  • Experienced in Trade marketing development, campaign development and media planning
  • Ability to collaborate with agencies all over the world
  • Strong in strategy development and able to share clear recommendations
  • Experienced in working within a cross-cultural and cross-national team with a hands-on mentality; ready to work independently on a large scope of tasks
  • Enjoying working with a high level of freedom within a clear framework paired with intercultural interests and experience
  • Good MS-Office user skills
  • Willingness to travel globally (e.g. Italy, Croatia, UK, French Overseas, Africa) for international meetings and market visits
