MCPP is a global leader in compounding of performance polymers and operates a global network of 24 sites in 15 nations with dedicated R&D, Sales, and technical support centers in each area.
MCPP offers a broad portfolio of product technologies and works closely with their customers to deliver materials that best meets their needs:
Our market is split into 60% automotive, 30% buildings and 10% other industries.
MCPP France especially develops a large range of specific and high added value solutions, based on PVC compounds and thermoplastic elastomer.
Located at Tiffauges, near Cholet and Nantes, MCPP France employs 200 workers et belong to the European scope, which also includes a site in Germany, Poland, and France (Clerval).
Performance Polymers scope generate around 180 M€ in turnover. For Tiffauges 'site part, it produces around 90M€ in turnover.
In the context of a replacement within EMEA sales team, we hire a Market Leader/Key Account Manager BICE (Building, Industry, Consumer Goods, Electrics & Electronics) at Tiffauges or Düsseldorf. The team is made up of 22 workers, spread across Europe, under the responsibility of EMEA Sales Director of the Performance Polymers.

Your responsibilities:
  • Ensure the role of Key Account Manager for OEMs.
  • Draw the strategy of your scope.
  • Take part of the activities' development
  • Evaluate new marketplace opportunities through analyses.
  • Lead development project in partnership with R&D department
  • Lead a network of internal stakeholders to achieve your objectives.

  • Coming from a higher scientific education (Engineer or Master), you have significant experience in industry, with a strong technical dimension. You enjoy leading partnership and co-development projects of products.
  • Several years of experience in sales in plastic field
  • You have negotiation skills, strong customer orientation, a strong sales mentality, and good interpersonal skills.
  • You easily communicate with different representative in France or either abroad in English, written and in spoken form, you are unifying with your team.
  • You are enthusiast for new ideas and ways of thinking.
  • You have hand-on mentality, decisiveness, high level of commitment and independent.
