These tasks await you:
- Independent preparation of reports for hotels or hotel portfolios for national and international clients
- Analyses of lease and operating contracts
- Preparation of market and location analyses
- Economic efficiency calculations
- Customer service
- Support in acquiring new orders

- Enthusiasm for the hotel industry
- Don't be afraid of numbers: you enjoy working with Excel and financial mathematical formulas don't make you sweat
- You are also interested in research and the analysis of complex relationships
- Enjoy working in international teams and with international customers
- Professional experience in the hotel industry, consulting, valuation or real estate
- A successfully completed degree in geography, tourism, business administration/real estate management or at a hotel management school
- good written and spoken English knowledge
- Independent and structured work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
