Join our team and you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining content for our digital magazines ‘about_work' & ‘about_recruiting'.
Working in the Content Team department, you will assist in writing and uploading texts and will show a particular interest in using AI tools for text creation.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist in uploading and editing content for accuracy, grammar, tone, and style.
- Ensure content aligns with the company's tone, style, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with writers and team members to create and maintain editorial schedules.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support SEO efforts and experiment with AI tools for content creation.
- Enrolled student with a focus on Journalism, Marketing, Communication Studies, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Interest and enthusiasm for experimenting with new AI tools and working methods.
