To help us achieve this, we're looking for a student with a proactive attitude and structured work approach to support our Partnerships team by providing first-level support to hoteliers.   • Resolve content, inventory, or other customer problems and perform the needed corrections and adjustments to our product
  • Manage customer email requests promptly and professionally to uphold advertiser satisfaction
  • Maintain documentation of customer inquiries in Salesforce and issue resolution for future reference
  • Identify issues and collaborate with the relevant teams and stakeholders to resolve requests efficiently
  • Participate in impactful special projects that enhance the operational effectiveness of the Partnerships team

What you'll learn:

  • How to enhance your problem-solving abilities by investigating and resolving issues for hoteliers.
  • Technical and industry knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues

  • Be an adaptable team player with a positive and service-oriented approach to work
  • Experience in both independent and collaborative work
  • Current enrollment at a university in the Düsseldorf area
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week and willingness to commute to campus twice a week
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel
  • Native-level proficiency in German + fluency in English

Stand out with:

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles would be advantageous
