To help us achieve this, we're looking for a student with a proactive attitude and structured work approach to support our Partnerships team by providing first-level support to hoteliers. - Resolve content, inventory, or other customer problems and perform the needed corrections and adjustments to our product
- Manage customer email requests promptly and professionally to uphold advertiser satisfaction
- Maintain documentation of customer inquiries in Salesforce and issue resolution for future reference
- Identify issues and collaborate with the relevant teams and stakeholders to resolve requests efficiently
- Participate in impactful special projects that enhance the operational effectiveness of the Partnerships team
What you'll learn:
- How to enhance your problem-solving abilities by investigating and resolving issues for hoteliers.
- Technical and industry knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Be an adaptable team player with a positive and service-oriented approach to work
- Experience in both independent and collaborative work
- Current enrollment at a university in the Düsseldorf area
- Availability to work 20 hours per week and willingness to commute to campus twice a week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel
- Native-level proficiency in German + fluency in English
Stand out with:
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles would be advantageous
