For our Interconnect Technologies Division and the Souriau-Sunbank by Eaton team, we are seeking a Product Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Germany with the following functions and responsibilities


Located in the west Germany or south east Germany, you will be connected to an attractive Sales region. You will work from home. You develop the customer base with targeted prospecting in the designated market segments and maximize our brand presence among existing and future customers, through direct sales and our official distribution network; especially by working on the implementation of our solutions for our customers and targets.

Your missions

  • Motivate, Lead and train our distribution partners in full compliance with the company's rules. Judge when choosing the sales channel.
  • Present our portfolio of ITD products and solutions.
  • To share internally ITD the market information discovered with our customers, prospects, partners, at trade fairs or during remote meetings. When relevant, share information internally within the sales/marketing/ITD and/or Eaton structures.
  • Identify the needs of our clients, their main activity and their projects in development in the short/medium/long term.
  • Analyse sales figures in order to control the growth strategy in the territory and establish a joint deployment plan with the distribution network (customer visits, business follow-up).
  • Ensure internal reporting according to our internal and current processes.
  • Responsible for its annual "order taking" budget within its scope and responsible for the proper development of POS (point of sale) distribution in its territory, and the actions implemented appropriately;
  • Must be in charge of his or her commercial actions on a daily basis in line with the company's strategy;
  • Collaborate with other team members to work on cross regional opportunities.
  • Responsible for the proper application of pricing policies on its scope.


Qualifications:

  • Proven 7-10 years of experience in products and markets with high technical content (components, electromechanics, fasteners,...)
  • B2B sales experience in this field of activity or within an industrial company or a specialized distributor, possibly in different application segments for harsh environments.

Skills:

  • Ability to listen, understand a situation/environment and recommend and communicate solutions.
  • Ability to analyze and summarize information.
  • Knowledge of electrical/mechanical components and their areas of application based on a wide range of application know-how.
  • German language mandatory
  • Good English verbal and written.
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to carry out business trips lasting several days.
