  • Conduction of consultancy projects with a strong strategic core in the Life Sciences sector (with a focus on Pharma and MedTech)
  • Support the top management of our clients in the design and implementation of corporate strategies, digital transformation and process optimization
  • Support in the acquisition and the development of innovative consultancy projects
  • Development of external ecosystem as well as developing strategy papers

  • College degree, ideally with a specialty in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine or a comparable degree program
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or in an healthcare organization
  • Strong T-profile, broad in the industry and deep in some functional topics such as: strategy development, reinventing business models, transformations, operations, supply chain, product strategy, sustainability, etc.
  • High interest in new trends and technologies
  • Superb analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Strong focus on clients and results
  • Structured and professional approach to work
  • Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality
  • Very good German and English
  • High willingness for domestic and international travel
