A task that inspires you

  • You support the Digital Acceleration Model (DAM) as well as scaling of our digital solutions from a PMO-perspective

  • As a PMO expert you are responsible for planning, preparing, running and documenting pitching events, Digital SteerCo meetings and for providing support for leadership teams

  • Furthermore, you support Focus Topic Owners and other relevant stakeholders by providing a standard tool landscape and guidelines as well as personal support for all projects / solutions in development.

  • You support the developing of a regular communication schedule to ensure the alignment amongst all team members and stakeholders

  • You take on small projects and support tasks from projects in individual business communication aligned with the change communication expert

  • You have a clear view on what is necessary to ensure project success and solution delivery and know how to execute it

  • The core of your job is to ensure consistent project management standards and quality within the execution of the Digital Acceleration Model (DAM)

  • You will ensure correct compliance with the project management processes and track all internal improvement measures, especially in connection with internal and external audits


A background that convinces us

  • Master / Bachelor degree or commercial education or equivalent knowledge acquired in practice

  • Significant relevant operational experience in office, backlog and team organization, ideally paired with experience in planning events.

  • Solution-oriented thinking and hands-on mentality

  • Passion for organisation, documentation and problem-solving

  • Ability to work in matrixed environments as well as hybrid and international teams

  • Profound communicational skills to work with all different regional units

  • Business fluent English and German, written and spoken
