- Functional lead of internal and external resources in your Domain as well as staffing in MDM related projects
- Implement a multi-level program (governance, data model, process & organisation)
- Ensure effective project management in MDM initiatives
- Gather necessary domain knowledge and keep it up-to-date to make sure that business processes are optimal supported
- Planning, describing and rewieving of initiatives, EPICs or demands to be handed over to platforms
- Ensure rule based, high quality data migration within MDM related projects
- Ensure proceeding of MDM-CAB process and an up-to-date data catalogue and rulebook (e.g. award criteria, conventions, procedures)
- Transfer of the domain requirements pre-conceptualised in the domain to the platform owners for the derivation of technological requirements for the respective MDM solution
- Promote data culture in the organization, which will contribute to increase maturity in the organization on data quality topics
- Ensure the development of business comprehension in the domain of the used data
- Close cooperation with the tech product owners to drive forward integration of master data into the system landscape
- Support Domain Owner in his/her accountability on data object (e.g. Steering Committees, Governance Meetings, decision preparation)
- Enforce improvement of data accuracy, data integrity and data lineage
- Interact closely with data quality team as well as business to define quality rules
- Ensure that MDM Service and 2nd level support of the domain is in place and permanent knowledge transfer, rollout status, rulebook- and process updates are given
- +5 years of relevant job experience
- Masters degree or professional work record
- Required language skills: Minimum national language: B2, minimum English: B2
- Strong understanding of retail processes and their touchpoints with related data object
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technology teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
