Make an impact

As a Controls System Engineer EMEA, your responsibilities will include:


  • Implementing standard concepts and processes for the controls modernization business in the EMEA region to ensure efficient execution of modernization solutions.
  • Supporting local controls service teams in conducting on-site assessments to identify current site and asset conditions.
  • Developing and rolling out a standardized cost calculation process for budgetary controls offerings to increase efficiency in offer processing.
  • Assisting local controls teams during the offer processing for fixed-price offerings after an on-site assessment.
  • Preparing and conducting training sessions to roll out the defined target concepts for controls modernizations in the EMEA region, ensuring common quality standards.
  • Creating and improving controls modernization concepts and defining campaigns to roll out opportunities via Salesforce.

What you need to succeed

As a Controls System Engineer EMEA, you are expected to have the following qualifications:


  • Deep Understanding of Controls and Modernization: You should have a profound understanding of control systems and their modernization or retrofit possibilities.
  • Experience in Customer On-site Assessments: You should have a track record of conducting on-site assessments and evaluations for customers.
  • Initiative and Drive: You should be proactive and able to drive topics forward.
  • Communicative and Convincing Personality: You should possess strong communication skills and have a persuasive personality.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Processes: You should understand warehouse processes and business cases for various sectors (grocery, electronics, fashion and apparel, FMCG, and retail)
  • Training Course Setup: You are ready to prepare and conduct training courses.
