We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (m/f/d) Breeding Digital Solutions to join our Breeding Information team at KWS in Einbeck, Germany for full time and on permanent basis. As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our digital breeding workflows and software solutions for the field of R&D.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the team who provides user support and trainings of specialized software for breeding
  • Update and maintain common QM document libraries for breeding software
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders and contribute to the preparation of workshops and training events.
  • Close cooperation with plant breeding, research, and programming teams
  • Preparing of newsletters, reports, and other communication products for different audiences and stakeholders
  • Monitor budget allocation and prepare financial reports
  • Support in the preparation of roadmaps for the digital products
  • Work together with the portfolio managers and the agile software development teams and support them in the establishment of KPIs and OKRs as applicable.
  • Contribute project management expertise to enhance digitalization efforts in breeding and breeding information areas.
  • Monitor and track projects in software for breeding.

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor, master's and/or PhD degree in administration, Business Management or Information Management. Bachelor/Master's/PhD degree in agronomy, plant breeding or in any related field would be appreciated but not a must.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in agile and hybrid project management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and interdisciplinary environment.
  • Proficiency in English (German language skills are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel to our breeding stations up to 5% of working time.
