Join our dynamic and international team for ServiceNow that is responsible for our growing global ServiceNow cloud based platform with more than 2,500 users. This unique position combines business consulting, IT, platform responsibility and close collaboration within our global IT department.

YOUR TASKS

  • Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform (supporting business and IT processes)

  • Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows, project preparation & implementation

  • Steering of ServiceNow related projects as well as Change & Release Management

  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and enhancement of integrations to other IT services, e.g. SAP

  • 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams

  • Maintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholders

  • Development of user training concepts and documentation

  • Continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow related technology, standards, and best practices


  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, e. g. management of enterprise applications in a cloud environment, preferred ServiceNow
  • Technical knowledge of ServiceNow is a benefit, in particular ITSM, ITOM and CSM
  • You have a passion for a customer and result driven way of working
  • Knowledge in support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) are another benefit
  • Excellent skills in English (German, Spanish or other languages are an additional benefit)
