To strengthen our team at the location in Unterschleißheim (near Munich) or Leinfelden-Echterdingen (near Stuttgart) or Düsseldorf, we are looking for a Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
- Web service development in a high-demand area with different data structures and dependencies organized in various systems located world wide
- Providing reliable and consistent live information about project data and services through web interfaces to our clients
- Our software interacts with various services starting from requirements management over CI/CD up to test automation tools and production systems
- Connecting various tools and data services to build a seamless working tool chain
- Automation of complex build tasks as well as monitoring server and data systems
- You have a degree in computer science or a similar field
- You're fluent in English
- Knowledge about cloud based application delivery and DevOps, as well as an affinity for analytical thinking
- You bring good Linux knowledge with you
- You already have some practical experience in virtualization with example Docker, LXC, etc.
- You have great interest and already previous knowledge in programming
- You already had some interaction with creating CI task for example with Jenkins Pipelines
- You ideally have some experience with automated deploying and administration of server infrastructure with tools like Terraform, Ansible etc.
- Experience in monitoring of services with Icinga, Prometheus, etc. or similar would complement your profile
- As a team player, you work reliably and solution-oriented, you can think in a structured manner, and you enjoy supporting others
- You're passionate about learning and continuously improving yourself, the processes, and the team around you
