At our site in Böblingen you will find both as Global Master Data Management Expert (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities Advantest has embarked on a digital transformation journey, which is a key enabler for our continuous business growth. Our data is a very important part of the foundation we are building and needs you to provide the required love and care. Your contribution: As part of the global transformation, you will shape our global data quality strategy & process and set up and run the global data community of data owners. Owner of data quality processes and its execution in Advantest globally Own the global data governance community: responsible for set up & run, definition of best practices and standards, onboarding & training of data owners, regular monitoring of data quality metrics with data owners, drive corrective actions. Own data quality metric for global master data Own Quality Assurance and data audits to ensure all data standards are complied with, specifically own the quality of business and data definitions in Data catalog Support in upskilling initiative for all data users to drive a data driven culture and mentality, create training material and perform training Your Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or comparable. Extensive experience working in Master Data Management as well as Quality Assurance Expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and data quality techniques and tools Experience developing training material and executing training is preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken. German and Japanese are a plus.
