At our site in Duisburg you will find both as (Senior) UX-Designer (m/f/d) Digital Test Solutions Your Responsibilities As a (Senior) UX-Designer at Advantest, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience for our state-of-the-art products. Your expertise in field research, interaction design, and information architecture will be crucial in delivering intuitive and seamless user experience. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of usability and performance. Generating a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors and pain points by comprehensive field research and direct customer engagement, and using the gained insights to drive design decision / improvements is in your DNA Structure and organize information to create clear, accessible, and efficient user journeys Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that provide a seamless user experience You will have a key role in Product discovery and Prototyping by collaborating with customers, product managers and stakeholders while utilizing techniques such as develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas While collaborating with product managers and engineers you will identify and define new product opportunities Your intrinsic motivation will lead you to work closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business and technical goals Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the whole product development process You will be our design culture evangelist by leading initiatives to promote the value of design thinking and user-centric methodologies Your Qualifications University degree in information technologies, computer science or equivalent +3 years of Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a technology or semiconductor industry. Strong skills in field research, face-to-face interviewing, interaction design, and information architecture. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for design, innovation and staying current with industry trends.
