  • Manage the projects in the area of responsibility, from defining needs to implementing solutions
  • Lead all types of meetings (workshops, steering committee, etc.) and write appropriate reports
  • Prepare, formalize and coordinate project reporting
  • Implement oversight indicators
  • Identify, propose and implement change management actions
  • Create, validate and deliver project documentation
  • Ensure functional and technological monitoring of activities for the projects in responsibility
  • Participate in efforts to share best practices
  • Manage/give functional support to the employees who work on these projects, including external service providers involved with the project (consulting firms, auditors, etc.)
  • Serve as the liaison between the project stakeholders (end users of business lines, technical points of contact, etc.)

Mindest-Ausbildungsniveau
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

Akademische Ausbildung / Spezialisierung

  • Degree in economics studies, preferably supplemented by a bank training
  • Project Certifications is a plus

Mindest-Erfahrungsgrad
3-5 Jahre

Erfahrung

  • Project Management in the Banking / Asset Servicing Industry
  • Experience in Securities Backoffice / Asset Servicing
