Project Manager Industry Cooperation for the projects "1.000+ Project Week" and "Meet my Company" (m/f/d) part-time (75-80%)

Your new position in Academic and Student Affairs offers a varied and interesting job in a young, international, and dynamic environment. The aim is to scale up the 1.000+ Project Week as a new teaching format for 1.000 students and 200 companies by networking between TUM students and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and expanding the "Meet my Company" initiative.


You will support the conception and implementation of the 1.000+ project week and "Meet my Company". Your tasks will include

  • Acquisition of companies
  • Marketing both formats
  • Creation of marketing materials and definition of suitable marketing tools
  • Recruitment of TUM talent
  • Supporting prospective student and industrial candidates
  • Coordination and implementation of the formats, including preparation and follow-up
  • Close cooperation with the Vice Dean of Academic and Student Affairs, the Vice Dean of Information Management and Digitalization, as well as the CIT program coordinators
  • Collaboration with colleagues in the TUM Center for Study and Teaching and all other relevant TUM departments (public relations, finance, study management, etc.)
  • Public relations
  • Evaluation of the project week, reporting
  • Organization of the final event

  • Training in event management or comparable professional experience in the German university landscape
  • strong communication skills and service orientation
  • experience in project or process management
  • experience with creating reports/presentations
  • MS Office skills experience with content management systems ability to work independently, team player, confident and friendly demeanor
  • very good written and spoken German and English skills
