We are currently looking for a Project Manager that can start in August 2024 with an expected assignment period of 4-6+months. For the right person there are possibilities to transition into another assignment as the project manager for the implementation phase of the project.
IT Project Manager
We are looking for a certified and experienced IT Project Manager to have the combined role of Project Manager/Business Analyst and lead a system assessment project for our German business unit. The initial assignment includes driving the requirement gathering of business requirements, converting these into a structured RFP document as well as carrying out the full RFP and final selection process. The project requires understanding complex existing IT systems and deriving RFP requirements based on current processes, stakeholder requirements and budgetary constraints.
In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all project parts are progressing as per the plan established by you and the project stakeholders. Communication between the project's internal and external stakeholders is another important responsibility that you coordinate through the relevant forums and established communication channels.
Experience from working with CRM systems and systems within the German healthcare market along with system integrations are other vital competencies we are looking for in this role. We believe you also have extensive experience from gathering system requirements and in the assignment, you will be involved in ensuring the proper requirements are documented, clearly articulated, and prioritized into a balanced specification. It is therefore important that you are comfortable working with requirements gathering workshops and understanding both business functional processes as well as the technical system requirements it renders.

- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- 3+ years of experience of working with CRM systems
- Certification as per PMI, Prince2, PMP or other relevant methodologies
- Experience in conducting RFPs and manage vendor relations
- Experience from both traditional waterfall projects and agile development
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English and German
