We are looking for a

Training & Development Manager (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about people development and training? Do you have the passion to set-up and realise own training measures? Then join us and strenghten our HR team.


  • Develop an annual training strategy and catalogue based on individual development plans of the employees, training demands of the departments and the global training strategy of the group.
  • Drive the succession planning process and the related knowledge-transfer
  • Identify and develop training concepts for specific target groups
  • Perform training session and workshops
  • Guide and assist the colleagues on all personnel development topics
  • Implementation and follow-up of coaching sessions
  • Contribute actively to the onboarding program for new employees
  • Explore new training trends and best practices and adapt internal standards accordingly
  • Optimise training processes and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Masters degree focused on human resources, psychology, business administration or any other related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Experience in designing different training and development concepts
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Structured and conscientious way of working
  • People oriented mindset
  • Excellent skills in MS Office like PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Good level in English, German and French. Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage.
