We are looking for a Working Student HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to join our HR Business Partner Team in Hamburg, Germany on 20h / week initially limited for 1 year.
Your role as a HR Working Student will be to merge practical HR experience in a fast-paced and international organization with your graduation program. You'll work closely with leaders and the wider HR teams to drive the people agenda within Germany and the North Europe Continent Area. You'll support the implementation of our Integrator Strategy and contribute to attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
For this you will:
- Support the HR Business Partners in various tasks related to the HR annual cycle (Salary review, Engagement Survey, Performance Management, Talent Review, etc).
- Providing support to the team in different general topics and participate on day-to-day operations.
- Participating in HR projects, helping us improve our service delivery and be more efficient on it.
- Assisting team in ad-hoc tasks and working in an international environment.
To thrive in this role, you should have first experience in an HR role and a background in a similar area. You have high energy and passion for HR. Being structured and analytical to support us with data analysis, project management and preparing decision proposals will complete your profile.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
- Student of a degree in Economics, Psychology or similar with an HR focus.
- Initial experience in HR or project management.
- Passionate about HR and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) as well as analytical skills.
- Ability to work in virtual teams as well as an international environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
