As Training Manager you will be responsible for the coordination, organization, implementation and continuous improvement of Global Rail Academy's training programs:
- You are responsible for developing training plans that outline the curriculum, schedule and allocated resources required for delivery
- In your role you are coordinating instructors, subject matter experts and other stakeholder to ensure effective program delivery including managing the logistics of training sessions, materials and venues
- Monitoring the quality of training programs and provide feedback for improvement with clients both internally and externally
- Implementing evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training and ensure training methods and materials meet the industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact of learners regarding training schedules, materials and other inquiries, which includes any issue handling during the training process
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and training budget vs. costs
- Support the Head of Academy in planning and report creation
- You have at 3-5 years of experience in managing training programs in adult education
- Experience in applying inductive learning process and diverse training strategies
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Very good user skills in MS Office; other learning platforms are a plus
- Great communication and coaching abilities that inspire and engage others
