Consultant Corporate Strategy and M&A (m/f/d) We are looking for a Consultant Corporate Strategy and M&A (m/f/d) for the Corporate Strategy and M&A department in Oberderdingen. You will work as part of a small team providing business consultancy and sparring in Strategy, M&A and Market Intelligence for BLANC & FISCHER Family Holding and its Business Groups. You will be working in a flat team structure, taking over responsibility according to your skills & experience in these areas: Your responsibilities: The BLANC & FISCHER group-wide strategy process M&A projects within BLANC & FISCHER Group globally «from screening to closing» including analyses supporting senior management decisions (incl. i.e., market screening, data room processes, valuations) Analysis of the macroeconomic environment as well as the market and competitive landscape of BLANC & FISCHER Group.
