Application Analyst (PLM) (m/f/d) Digital Development Innsbruck, Austria Professionals , Full-Time 38.5 h , Permanent Apply now Your Tasks Support for PLM end-users and PLM system maintenance; analyze issues and change requests; implement, test and deploy smaller to medium-size changes, mainly of technical nature Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness through automation and process improvements Coordinate various PLM topics, and establish and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders (e.g. end-users, key-users, PLM project managers, IT Helpdesk, PLM partner company); provide training and obtain valuable feedback to improve support Create and maintain internal knowledge bases and validation documents (GxP) Your Profile Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field Strong interest in driving digital transformation, including analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem solving Several years of hands-on experience in supporting end-users and/or key-users in product development processes using PLM and/or PDM systems (with mCAD, eCAD repositories and workflows); and hands-on experience in validating GxP computer systems, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry Enjoy communicating with people, helping and training them and solving challenging problems related to IT applications Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken Your Benefits Central Location Employee Discounts Flexible Hours International Environment Onboarding Workplace Well-Being Your Benefits Central Location Employee Discounts Flexible Hours International Environment Onboarding Workplace Well-Being Further information Minimum Salary Annual gross salary from EUR 51,686.43, based on professional qualification and experience.
