Together with other Young Professionals (m/f/d), you will receive a varied training program that will prepare you for the exciting challenges ahead:
- SAP Training: Comprehensive theoretical and practical training on SAP applications and technologies
- Mentorship System: Support from experienced mentors (m/f/d) throughout the entire trainee program
- Additional Qualifications: Strengthening of soft skills and methodological competencies
- Practical Know-How: Intensive exchange with our clients (m/f/d) within the voestalpine group. Application of acquired knowledge in projects and various customer requests
- Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in the field of STEM or Economics
- A maximum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Interest in business processes and their implementation in IT
- Analytical thinking – to assess error situations and translate them into concrete solutions
- Proactive communication and cooperation with departments – in both German and English
- Committed, reliable, and independent working style to achieve common goals
- Teamwork skills – for smooth collaboration with colleagues
