The Global Content Manager will play an instrumental role in helping execute on our B2B content calendar. The content our team produces directly impacts the growth of our business and is a core function of our go-to-market strategy, so a successful candidate will play an integral role on the global marketing team. This position reports to the VP, Solutions Marketing & ​Global Demand Generation.

Your Responsibilities

Core functions will include:

  • Write and project-manage the production of high-quality informational content assets, ensuring that needs, deadlines, reviews, and launch dates are clearly communicated across marketing and beyond.
    • Assets include eBooks, blogs, customer-facing communications, ads, advertorials, and newsletters
  • Execute high-impact content assignments by managing project intake and prioritization, driving efficiencies, coordinating internal and external resources, stakeholder reviews, and internal communications.
  • Interview Jedox customers and write success stories that are compelling and feature strong value-based messaging.
  • Project-manage translation and localization of content from English to German and French.
  • Identify opportunities for repurposing, restructuring, or revising existing content.
  • Review marketing analytics to understand content performance against business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain inventory of content assets.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate profile would include:

  • 4-5 years of B2B content production and content marketing experience, preferably in finance, SaaS or professional services, including planning, writing, editing, and project-managing multiple types of content.
  • Excellent writer with strong business acumen.
  • Experience interfacing with and/or interviewing customers/clients.
  • Experience producing success stories or testimonial content.
  • Experience producing informational content.
  • Desire to create approachable and personable experiences through thoughtfully written copy
  • Desire to seek continuous improvement, adapt to change, embrace critical questioning and pursue innovation.
  • Eager to take on new and sometimes ambiguous work

This position is remote/hybrid/onsite eligible however we are looking for someone permanently located in either America, Germany, or France.
