- Development and implementation of a global pension strategy
- Review, risk management and cost control of the pension strategy
- Analysis of industry trends and benchmarks
- Strategic revision of pension & benefit plans in collaboration with regional/local experts
- Responsibility for the further development of the benefit inventory approach
- Valuation of pension & benefits in M&A projects
- Collaboration with interfaces and internal stakeholders, in particular from the area of finance (Accounting & Treasury)
- Contact person for external stakeholders and contractual partners
- Successfully completed university degree in mathematics or business administration, ideally with a focus on insurance or human resources management
- Several years of pensions & benefits experience in human resources, finance/accounting, insurance or consulting
- Knowledge of German pension law
- Very good strategic and conceptual skills
- Strong project management skills and a high level of design and implementation orientation
- Very good German and English skills
